Try this link, it is more up to date
http://livetraffic.rta.nsw.gov.au/
On the righthand side you will see "Traffic Details" which gives you more options
by clicking the check box eg. Flood
You will see there are a lot of road closures at the moment.
Cheers,
John

P and JM - a quick look at the weather maps today show that Ivanhoe has had 35mm of rain so the roads could be closed - best to check with say the local police - they should know if the roads are closed.

Been up at Hilston for the past 3 weeks with the harvest, WE are unable to get out to
Roto with the headers and it will take around a week of dry before we can get onto the paddocks.
There was a lot more rain at Ivanhoe than Hilston over the past couple of days. I was 25k south east of Hilston off
the Springs road.
I hope to head back up next week if there is no more rain, other wise it will be a Xmas Harvest.

hi, i have just come home from menindie a week ago and right now the roads vary day to day with rain. i got the best info from the
broken hill tourist centre. they can tell you each day what road has been closed etc. good telstra next g coverage out there so a quick call in the morning can let you know weather your shifting or staying. cheers mm
