Just thought I'd give my local Super Cheap Auto a plug in Narre Warren, Melb,Vic
I bought 3
camp chairs there roughly 4 or 5 months ago, and one of them recently broke, it had not had much use, so I thought I'd take it back and see what they would/could do.
I had no receipt, but just explained that I'd bought 3 from here and this one has broken, "No problem, just go and grab another" !!!
Not only that, but the new replacement chair was $10 cheaper than when I bought
mine so they said go and find something of value to $10 to make up for it......

Good on ya Browny. My missus works in retail and believe me, people are quick to complain but rarely do they compliment good service.

great to hear about good service. i have always found Supercheap to be pretty good with refunds and exchanges.

I nearly wasn't even going to bother with no receipt and having had them for a while, but they were great!
