I have been offered a 2009 model with single beds, awning and airconditioning and am trying to find out the cost of a new one.

Have been looking at various sites for the past 2 hours and have come up with zip.

Any help would be appreciated.

G'day Graham

I have googled dealers, but they seem reluctant to put their prices on the net.

I am going to ring a dealer tomorrow and see what they say.

hi boo boo
i would have thought that a jayco dealer should be able to help you
ive found online sales sites dont reveal prices of new vans as there are too many variations and options to list
depending on equipment choiceb y an intending buyer and also they like to have that one on one contact with an intending buyer so they can run all their spiel past you
if you get the drift
cheers

Gidday Boo Boo,

I got a price list from the dealer when I was looking at Penguins (now waiting for the 2011 model to come out as it has some new features that sound pretty good to me). I'm not sure which model of the 2 below is the 13 foot one but here are some prices for brand new ones in Brisbane (they get cheaper the closer you get to the factory in Victoria). These prices include the roll out awning but not air conditioning.

Model: 12.38-1
Standard $25 150
Outback $27 150

Model: 13.42-1
Standard $26 150
Outback $28 150

Cheers.

Peter

I have paid $19500.

The people that are selling it are also including in the price several other items, including a 100amp battery set up, WD bars,a hitch for the bars, and other accessories they bought for the van.

Based on the info I have gathered a new one would cost around $28/29k.

I,m happy with the deal.

Looks a very good deal. Now you just have to work out the best way to make bed boards to support the mattresses across the van for those nights where comfort is more important than the extra space.
