Sure there not blue wires ?
Don't wan't to conect your brakes to the left indicator light.

From each electric brake magnet you should have 2 wires one is earth and the other goes to the vehicles brake controller.
It does not matter which wire igoes to the controller as long as the other is to earth back through the vehicle through the elec coupling.
Most brakes have a common earth return and a common power wire from the controller. AS per the Australian standard wiring for vehicles.

2 should go to pin 5 on your connector and two to the earth wire.

I think in view of your original post its a fair question.
When safety is a consideration there is no half measures

It was a fair question , a few weeks ago there was a question raised about brakes(on a trailer ) and not needing a brake controller as the OP hooked directly to the brake light loom - sometimes when offering advise you need to know the basics have been followed before continuing with the more complicated solutions

Both of the magnet wires are green.
One wire goes to pin 3 (earth).
The other wire goes to pin 5 (service brakes)
Doesn't matter which one goes where, the magnet will work either way.
Join the two magnet wires between the
wheels on the axle, dead centre.
