Has any one stayed at
camp coorooa before? What's it like? I am looking for somewhere to stay with a small dog in the
Tewantin area next may. Any suggestions. Merry Xmas Brian. PS. Have camper trailer.

Hi Brian
I live just down the road from
camp coorooa, it's a
scout camp ground. Grass, overlooking
lake MacDonnell. Basic showers and
toilets and a
camp kitchen. On site caretaker, not sure if dogs would be allowed.
An alternative is the Noosa Sea Scouts
camp ground, about three acres of shady
camping, fully fenced, a stones throw to the
Noosa river right in the middle of Noosaville, walk to everywhere. A real hidden gem. On site caretaker, good showers and
toilets, a fire pit and bbq's. $10 per person/night.
Ph. 07 5473 0028 or email bookings@noosaseascouts.com.au they also have a web site if you google noosa sea scouts.
Hope this helps
Jon
