Google Map says Broken Hill, Cobar, Bourke, Cunnamulla, Charleville, Clermont.
! day 4Hrs. Although mostly blacktop it is certainly thru the bush. MaybeDarling River run?

Hmm I had thought they meant Port Augusta, But just maybe it was somewhere else that I had not heard of.

Also at the moment with the big wet over most of the East Coast, the quickest bush route would still have to be taken on the Black Top and that would be tricky missing all the flooded roads.
