Does anyone have fault codes for new ARB fridges. Away with mate and we think single flash might be low voltage but we also get at times 3 flashes. Any clues

Hi,
It looks like they have the Danfoss compressor, so assuming they have the standard Danfoss electronic controller.
1 flash means the unit is not receiving enough voltage to correctly run (probably under 10.5 volts).
3 flash can mean a few things, but this can be related to a 1 flash error.
3 flash can be too high head pressure and if the unit is running, shutting down and running again due to low voltage issues it can cause the head pressore to be too high and 3 flash, you will probally find your 3 flash issue go away once the 1 flash issue is solved.
Assuming you are on 12 volt, first thing to try is try the fridge on a different power source, ie different car or 240 volt. If not possible, try on the same car with it running at a fast idle. If the above makes the issue go away this indicates it could be an issue with original car it was used in, wiring or battery level.
Thanks.

Thanks for that,
Your advice apears correct. Once we had 12+ volts guaranteed at the fridge single flash resolved and shortly later 3 flashes appears to be resolved.
We also improved circulation around the fridge as we beleive this mmy have contributed to the 3 flash error.

Good to hear,
You are right in that bad circulation can also contribute.
It is amazing the amount of issues that can be caused by voltage issues.
Happy travelling (even if it isn't an Evakool)
