Just thought I might ask if anyone has had trouble renewing membership, I have paid the money, got a confirmation but can only get on as a visitor. It has been a few days since I have renewed, more than likely it is something I am not doing properly. Cheers Mick

Mick, I'd suggest that Adele in the office is probably on a few days off. I think there was something posted about shop and office hours over the Xmas break. Send an email to Adele. Cheers Mick.

I would say that this would be the reason and taken from their latest newsletter:

I.T. Beyond Office Closure over Christmas/New Year

Orders made through the ExplorOz online store will be processed through our warehouse every trading day during the Christmas and New Year period (closed for public holidays), however the I.T. Beyond office is closed as of COB today, Wednesday 22nd December and reopening on Monday 5th January. During the office closure, all calls and emails will remain unanswered. We take this opportunity to thank our customers, members, visitors, and volunteers for all your support throughout the year. We hope we've encouraged you to get out there and ExplorOz!! We look forward to starting 2011 with you.

Hang in there for another week and then things should be back to normal.

Remember to lash out on her birthday mate. It'll divert attention from some of those "Minor" but essential 4x4 purchases. Queen Vik is notching up another one tomorrow so I'm getting extra computer time tonight in expectation of a big payoff in the gift stakes tomorrow. Hope she likes the 140W solar panel and 1000W inverter ;-)

Where you a previous member I cannot find your past member details in the system? You ordered a renewal and the system was unable to work out your previous number so if you can let me know the old number I can reinstate the account. If you are not sure we can make a new account for you as there is a new member special at the same price as renewal over the Xmas period.
