Hi ben, In
Perth the ones I have been to sell quick 40-60 cars/ hour but some times cheeper than retail. You sound like youv'e got a good rig which is highly sort after so I would stick to selling private / exploreoz trader.
As a buyer I like to find a little bit of history( it also filters the b/s) my 2c worthHave 4WD will Explore

Eric,
That is one top spot, eh? We had new years eve there, & a weeks holiday in a rented house, about 3 years ago, with another family. Stinkin' hot at
Streaky Bay (40 degrees plus); lovely at
Venus Bay.
Long way from anywhere, though. Highlight was swimming with the dolphins & seasl at
Baird Bay.

Ben,
Great education to go to the auctions to see supply and demand in operation. Fowles are all round Australia and they are on every week it seems in one form or another. You could drive down the road and quote prices on anything afterwards to value any sale or purchase. I thought it was perhaps the purest market I had seen going a couple of times, though you can see the dealers start and finish too. You can place a reserve on your sale too. It depends what is being offered.
There are several others around though and I bought a ute a couple of years ago through em, but Falcon utes were not cheap then anyway.
http://www.fowles.com.au/auctions/auctionList.aspx?office=AU10 for
Melbourne list, but Erics suggestion should be useful too.
It would be a real education to look at the way cars go through a Fowles day, depending on what lane you want to watch, just keep out of the way as they start to roll through.
John

Autogroup in
Melbourne (
Brooklyn) are very good, I would only deal with them when I was a Fleet Manager for a Local Government agency a year ago. You can place a reserve on your vehicle and place it in a 'lot' for sale pre auction. Remenber that you will be competing against government 4 x 4 's that have low klm's and low
reserves, admit all White units and base.
hope this helps

Hi Ben
Your model cruiser (in T/d) is soooo in demand that you should have no trouble selling it if it is clean and keenly priced. Eric will be able to tell you what you will get for it at the auctions because, basically, what ever wholesale price is you can expect to get at an auction. You can also advertise it on www.lcool.org for free.
