From an email I recieveed
Queensland Motorways is waiving all tolls on the Gateway and Logan motorways from 12 midday on Wednesday 12 January 2011 until further notice.
Acting Chief Executive Officer
John Gardiner said the Gateway and Logan motorways were unaffected by flood inundation.
“I encourage all motorists to use the motorways at no cost as a reliable means of travel during this flood crisis, particularly in emergency situations,” he said.
“The Gateway Motorway is open between Nudgee and the Pacific Motorway, whilst the Logan Motorway is open between the Pacific Motorway and the Gailes/Camira exit in the west.”
With the
Ipswich Motorway now closed, westbound traffic on the Logan Motorway is being detoured at the Gailes/Camira exit.
