Hi all,

I've recently compiled this little video about our travels within Australia (more so about the car). Since then I've received a few e-mails of people that expressed their appreciation and also that It made them want to "get out there" again.

So, I've decided to place it here and either entice or motivate you to "GET OUT THERE" and enjoy this beautiful country.

I look forward to your comments whatever they may be.

Albert

Thats a great video Albert.
Looks like a lot of it was shot in the Victorian High Country. How about adding some text on your next one as to the locations so we can all go & enjoy those great places too. Look forward to seeing more.

Cheers
Stu

Hey Stu,

No not Vic HC on this occasion. There would be a few down Great Ocean road but most was either Blue Mountains, Yenfo, Wollomi and Stockton. I actually want to do the Pyrenees Ranges come end of January so will definitely have soem local shots soon.

BTW, the last to Yengo was downloaded from this site and really made for a goodie. Must admit that with OziExplorer I was able to also make a few mods and was really exciting.

Are you in VIC? We should do a few trips together???

Hi Albert
Really enjoyed that! Loved the music too.

Having just purchased our 100 series, and being a girl, I did cringe a couple of times!

Thanks for the effort in making this.

Cheers

Suellen,

No need to cringe.... these toys are tough as and so much fun. You'll love the 100 especially with the family in toe.

Just out of interest, what tyres are you running?

Thank you all for the feedback - really appreciate it :-)

Fred, I run Cooper STT's It may not be the best in the world in the black stuff but is really a minor inconvenience compared to great performance off-road.

From the Vic Road website....

"Road Rule 217 states that drivers must not use front or rear fog lights unless driving in fog or other hazardous weather conditions that cause reduced visibility."

Naughty, naughty boy :)

All B/S aside...loved the pix and clips. Great to see you getting the whole family involved too.

On ya.

Fab.

Fab,

You had me in stitches !!!!!!!! I'm not sure if the VIC Road rules applied on these trips.... most was in NSW - LOLOLOLOLOL

But I must say I am very impressed with your knowledge of the road code. I;ve actually been stopped once and just put on my thickest/strongest SAfrican mix kiwi accent and got off - phew don;t know it that'll work again.

Love it Albert... not sure if I could pull off a South African accent.

I got done for the fog light thing here in South Oz about a week after they gazetted the new law. Ignorance didn't get me off and the question of "Is there a discount for cash" didn't work either.

I've shared your link with a few mates, seeing how good a job you did...it would be a shame not to.

Looking forward to your next trip...just don't go all Pat Callinan on us and start seeling us steak knives.

Fab. :)

Awesome Albert.

What software program did you use to "connect" all your videos into one - and edit/chop/fade/add music etc etc ?

I take video all the time, but have no idea how to put them together into such a professional presentation.

cheers
