my wife and i are going to
Karumba for a month fishing
we have a couple of dome tents but are looking for a canvas cabin tent which will give us more room for the extended stay
the plan is one room for sleeping one room for kitchen stuff and storage and the awning out the front for shade and drinks
have found several in the $1000 to $1500 mark
OZTRAIL, DMH, COLEMAN, OUTDOOR CONNECTION
looking for opinions reviews good and bad points . the usual info required on any of these or any others that you guys have experience with
Thanks

Well we have the oztrail with sunroom. It is the most rainproof tent we have owned, but it is a bit hot with the sunroom attached. We use the sunroom to eat in, and mostly
cook outside as it is not safe to
cook inside a canvas tent anyhow. But on a wet day it would be possible. We have a double fold out table that goes down one side and this serves as a kitchen.
Cheers Pete
