I presumme you are talking about the water filter (reciever/dryer) it will be up the front near the condenser but I am interested in why you are looking for it. If you dont know where it is, there is not much chance you know anymore about it and it is not user serviceable! Take you aircon to an expert if you have any problems with it!

in the nissan service manual there is a airconditioner air filter that nissan replace ever 20000 kms
but like tim i dont know where it is?

If you are looking for the A/c Pollen filter, that could be accessed from the cabin.
If you go past your local Nissan dealer, he will have a brocure on these, which I think like lots of manufacturers, the filter itself is not fitted on delivery.
Mazda and RAV4 are a good example, where the tray is there, but the filter is not.
These filters, and certainly the Nissan ones, are charcol impregnated, and they will remove an trap, all kinds of yuck that normally would be passed into the cabin.
On our ML270, at 40,000 kms, words could not describe how filthy it is.
Nissan have a program on, to get you to fit them to your car, and I suspect it is but a 2 minute job to fit.

it is a part of a new car warranty it must be there, will be talkin to nissan tommoro ill post the follow up thanks hertman for your help there isnt a problem with it but im concerned when they say thers a filter ther and you cant find it ill get back to you all tommoro thanks for your helpgu bush basha
