200w 24v solar panels

hi guy's looking for some help can you run 24v solar panel to charge batterie's can you put a solar management system in to do this a 12 v solar panel makes more than 12v so you need a regulator can you get a regulator to bring the 24v down to 12v thank's allen

yes ..
I run 4 x 200W GE panels with 2 in series with 54V and the in parallel with the other 2 creating a total of up to 15Amp at typical 50V and a bit more at peak.
I use an Outback MPPT 60Amp solar regulator which does convert nicely to 12V.
It is a bit expensive here in OZ, but you can get it reasonably easy from the US, which I did with all my solar gear and batteries.
