My 100 Series LC has been sitting for awhile due to a lot of work travel and has developed a concerning noise. It is a constant low pitch metal on metal squeal which continues as I drive along at any speed. If I turn left ibrakes it continues if I turn right the noise disappears until I am heading straight again.
I also had to tow the van the other day and under heavy braking I received 2 clear and distinct heavy clunks from the right wheel. The rotors have done 215K and the last 18k have been towing. I have viewed the rotors they seem ok but I know they have been machined once. I was going to replace rotors and brakes. Thoughts?
Many Thanks

To clarify further they have little tits that rub on the rotors when the pads are worn down

They squeak and let you know to put hand in pocket LOL

squelly brakes equals pads, i did have a worn pad indicator brake on me, ended up throwing it out. because you can't get them generally.
