Site seems to be really slow on and off today. To the extent where if you try and get in off a google search it can time out. Took me a bout 80secs to load the new thread window. I run firefox, so not sure whether my browser may be the problem as it seems to be occurring more often of late.
Is this happening to anyone else?
Cheers Tanka.

Yep problems for me as
well. Tried to open a file in the Members File Swap area and it won't recognise my
membership. Also you'll notice that peoples avatars aren't showing.
I sent an email to Adele this arvo regarding my problem.

I'm having the same problem. Also when trying to write my letters keep disappearing in time with a flashing ad. I can write words but they are blank till the ad flashes and then they magically appear. Very confusing. Bob.

What you can try:
get a command prompt (win7: all programs, accessories. winXP/2000: start, run, type cmd).
At the prompt, type "tracert www.exploroz.com" and hit enter
What you get to see are the hops across a number of nodes until you see the number 210.247.153.145 at the end of the last line.
That's EO's IP address.
If the command won't get you there, i.e. it times out, then you could take a screenshot and email it to your ISP for fixing.
cheers, Peter

Just for everyones info, I was having some issues on the east coast so emailed D & M. Michelle emailed and informed me that they were migrating the whole site to a new server. This necessitated running two complete sites and no doubt a raft of IT and tech stuff that would do my head in.
These are no doubt some of the changes David alluded to in post last week.
I reckon David may be working late tonight so we'll just have to be patient.
Cheers Mick

I was going to say that it was nice to have you back but now I'm not so sure. Why don't you use a manual switch. God knows you couldn't fix a slow leak if you tried!

See I told it did not take much to do your head in.
Its an air compressor switch that shuts off at the set pressure AUTOMATIC LY!!!!!
Don't want to do it manually and I can't!!! :-p
