hi there,
I am new to this
forum.I was wondering if someone could help me with this issue.I am thinking of buying a camplet for me and my 3 children aged 2 ,4 and 12 I have tents but want something easy for me to set up and tow behind my toyota
tarago which is weight limited to 1000kg.I have looked at the campervans but not the camplet only read about them and seen them on you tube.I like the fact they are light and i have an older
tarago and the weight worried me a little with the others but i canopt for a 1300kg towbar .I am looking at spending $4000 and i can get both for this but i am still use which way to go or if one is far better then the other .kind regards mel

I got a mate with a Camplet he bought it new at the
Newcastle caravan show about 2002 ....13K I think he paid for it, but had smaller wheels than the one shown in the clip but otherwise exactly the same.
Hmmm up to you I guess but thought he was mad buying it for that price and looks like they don't hold there value at all.
We had a visit with him when all set up at Fingall bay and noticed it had no floor that I didn't like, low sink stove Etc and no fridge just your engell or what ever. Think he's only used it once or twice.
Personally I would take the older Jayco.
Cheers.
