Beware if riding bikes in the Watagans, All recreational vehicles need to be registered !!!
BIG Police blitz there a couple of months back, they grabbed anything that moved and had a chopper in the air to help locate bikes etc. It even made the evening news ! Huge fines of approx. $1500 1. unreg., 2. unlicenced, 3.uninsured.
It's the last infringement that started this whole thing. Years ago if you stacked you're dirtbike and broke you're leg, "tough titties" but now everyone sues everyone and we all suffer cos there's nowhere to ride without the rego/personal injury insurance thing. State Forests will also pull you up and checkout you're bike/vehicle cos they don't want to be sued if you hit a tree or another person.
Just a warning....
Regards
LP

Theres a nice qiuet spot at the end of -------------- beach when you get to the end of the track you turn ......... . Its has hot showers and fire wood stacked next to fire
places and a great veiw of
lake ............ on one side and the ocean on the other . The good thing about it is camping is free .
Sounds good I think I will meet you there.
All the best

the watagans are great, gets busy on the weekend, we live on the Central coast and dont mind the drive up to the barringtons or glouster, good fishing, or you could head to the coast around tea gardens its beatiful up there and only a couple hours.
