Hi all,
Myself and the wife and all the kids are heading off to the cape in June and have decided we might fit an innerspring mattress to the camper before we go.
However I am worried that the usual 150mm high innerspring will not allow the roof to fully retract down and the seal to contact fully and allow dirt and water into the beds.
The original mattress is 100mm high.
Has anyone had any experience with this and has anyone any suuggestions?

You don't say where you are but this outfit is pretty good

They specialize in different shapes for vans etc and are very helpful.

Yes a second vote for Made to Measure, very helpfull and will ship to you.
We've bought two mattresses over the years for different vehicles and quite a few friends have as
well, extremely happy with the mattresses.

Yeah thanks. I have been talking to them already, and will probably go to them.
Was just iffy about the clearance of a thick mattress.

Ask them if they have made one for your model or ask a Coromal dealer what is the thickest it will take.

Have found that a 150mm should be OK, so will purchase one and have a go.
Thanks for your help.
