Has anyone been in contact with the guys from tigerz11 recently?, I had a warranty claim that was initally followed up very satisfactorly, but haven't been able to contact them since October. Unfortunately the winch is still in bits and unable to put back together without some parts that were missing when they sent me a new motor.

At least theyll send you a motor out...You wont get ANY satisfaction or reply from Warn...Unless your American so it seems.
NO backup service whatsoever..

Issue was resolved, received the parts - thanks Dan.
Warranty was good, but communication quite poor. I would certainly buy their product again, but this time go through a good reseller so deal with them about warranty rather than direct.
