Taking animals just cancelled all of those National Park experiences. No camping in some great national parks around the country side and no entry into all of those national parks with natural treasures.

Hi Joe
We have met a number of travellers with cats - must be on a leash or confined when in caravan parks or
camp grounds. As others have said, it does cut out much of what appeals to us - National Parks and National Park camping. Some parks allow you to keep your pet in the car while on a road which travels through a NP, whereas other parks don't even allow that.

Keep them restrained, baits are laid everywhere, and that is the worst to watch. Other than that ,this is a big land and there are plenty of options without using overrated overpriced national parks. Should while on your way find a park that is a must, look around for our travellers in the same situation and offer to pet sit one day and they do the same for you the next. I have seen this work
well.

Yes baits are a problem. One place I was at I picked up and disposed of 24 baits in one hour, so be careful

Not a good idea Ray. They are there for a reason. To kill feral animals.
Next time you may want to move them not destroy them.
