Help required with old Post/Blog

Hi All,
Some time ago possibly 12 months or more there was a Post or Blog about setting ground rules for Trips/
Treks, mainly good common sense stuff.
Does anyone remember the Post or Author? Would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Thanks for the reply but that isn't the one I am after.
The post/blog was more of a tag along type trip, setting out ground rules for the actual trek eg. stop time to set up
camp, comm's etc. As I recall it was fairly detailed & covered most of the day to day issues.
