I'll second that. Mick's blogs are a great read..informative & interesting. I'm sure
he has inspired many to go & see the real outback. Just another reason to support this great site. Keep it up, Mick, cheers....oldbaz.

Kia Ora from the land of the long white cloud. Thanks for the congratulations all. As I'm on a camp ground internet (with a tribe of kids giving me daggers as they wait to get on face book), I won't have time for an individual responses so please accept my thanks for the kind comments. I'm amazed that so many have actually bothered to open a page and have a read. I can only hope that there is worthwhile info in there for people wanting to visit some of the fantastic places this country, and the outback have to offer.

Queen Vikk and I are swanning about the south island for a week in an extremely large Barbie-Bus. I don't do "Ken" well I'm afraid but it's shaping up to be fun. Having withdrawals from red dust though.

Cheers Mick

P.S. that's a Winnebago type camper and not something that belongs to Bonz or has a fifteen burner "big rancher" towed behind it!

Well done Mick, that's about 5% of Australias population. I have certainly enjoyed your travels.

Travel safe, David
