Hi all,im a new member and wondering if anyone nows anything about Ausback Campers.I know they are based in Harvey Bay,but I got a good deal offer on a rooftop package.Joseph.

Unless someone here can come up with a good report I would tread warily. I say that because the only references to them in a Google search were mainly someone asking about them in almost the exact same words as you used. They may be fine but just don't hand over any money until you are certain.

I see no website for them and no other useful information on the web be careful there are allot of cowboy manufactures out there. I bought a cheap rooftop tent off eBay ($400) for my Patrol that I have used twice in 3 years. It serves the purpose for a quick boys weekend away but no way will I put my family up there.

We bit the bullet and bought a Hannibal 1.6 wide one. My wife, two grandkids and myself sleep up there without a worry. Solid strong construction with good quality canvas and fly.
No cheap but
well worth it.

God service Great price and good to deal with. Made my purchase on ebay.
Have used it on about a dozen trips.
No I have no association with Austrack
