G'day, I have all the item in place to start EOTrackMe but are having trouble finding a port for my gps mouse. The gps mouse is connected to my lap top but it keeps coming up no com port find or testing Port COM3 Failed. I know I'm not good with computers so any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael.

If you have multiple USB ports, you must use the one it was in when configured.
Have you changed ports?

Hi Michael
There is a program called GPS Port Checker, available as a free download from the Ozi Explorer web site. I use it on my netbook when using a gps mouse.
It checks all your ports and tells you which port has the gps connected to. you can then configure within the program.
Cheers
Neil
