After towing caravan and a 2 hr cooldown, have a severe shudder ion left or Rt turns, similar to turning in low ratio on bitumen. Seems to clear after a straight line trip. Chrysler had dealer change Tran case oil + additive. Not fixed. Any thoughts?. (PS: I am very basic in terms of mechanical Knowledge)

Hi Rogerald.
Did they change the diff oil as
well and is the rear diff a limited slip unit. If they use the wrong oil in an LSD it will have a similar effect.
Cheers, Bruce.

A common problem with some Jeeps, the rear diff is binding, change the diff oil, preferably using a synthetic oil and add the Mopar friction modifier that Jeep supply for this problem.
