I ordered a 12v light and a shirt the week before last by phone and it was delivered to me in Qld in under 24hrs. Pretty amazing really, so you shouldn't have to wait long. By the way the white/yellow 90cm fluro light works brilliantly.

Rob, I am now thinking this may be a Toyota, Nissan thing. Both you and David drive Toyotas and I drive a Nissan, just a thought. Cheers Mick

Yes both David and I drive Toyotas, but I have owned 2 petrol manual GQ's and 2 petrol manual GU's before going to the dark side and buying a diesel auto Cruiser. I also own an Engel fridge and a Waeco fride and used to own a three way. I am currently running Cooper tyres but have used BFG's in the past as
well as MTR's and others.
So as you can see I am not biased ( much ).
So I think it might just be what you ordered is not in stock?
I hope it arrives before your trip.

Yes once it is packed and dispatched - same or next day based on what time the order was placed you will receive tracking codes for the package. It will be delivered next day. All orders except for member card and small postal items are sent overnight courier.

David, ordered my items on the 1st of April, o/n S46319. Similar thing happened with my
membership renewal, maybe it is a April 1st thing. Would like it before next Wednesday as we are leaving Thursday. Cheers Mick

I've just had a look at your order and you are right, the EO Rubbish Bag is a pre-order item with stock due to arrive by the end of April (so any orders with this item in it have not been dispatched yet). I'm going to follow up with the manufacturer today to get a more definite eta (and will publish this on the
shop product page). I'll be in touch via email as soon as I have this updated information and we can proceed from there (if I need to arrange a part-shipment of your other items to you I can do that and certainly get them to you before you leave).
