Just found out on the Parks Vic website access is by 4x4 only, no trailers, caravans etc until further notice. Was going there for
Easter. Have confirmed by phone. Bummer.

Big Bummer! We normally go there over
Easter as
well. Know of any other good camping spots close by?

yes howqua trk is closed to some vehicles . I believe access to sheepyard via doughtys rd which is just opposite carters rd near sawmill settlement is till open. its not the best road but possibly an option

Doherty's Road in my opinion has always been a two wheel drive road a bit rough (pot holes) but OK.
