We have this vehicle in the Caravan Pk tonight, it's a 1994/5 Steyr Puch , the owner said it's a 176 Turbo Diesel, I like the features of the front end, looks tough.

I just googled the company - fascinating history. I'd been aware of their bicycle manufacturing but had no idea of the extent of the business over the years.....

In the late 70's I had a small Puch motor cycle, I think it was a 74 model. From what I remember it was very reliable although very basic.

Doug I had a 73 pinzgauer 4x4 at the time only 2 in Aust, there were a few more 6x6 about but looks like not much has changed other than it has a bonnet now there are still a lot of its baby around the haflinger,
It was slow as hell & the fuel gauge use to work on ltrs per hrs, had diff locks std, rear wheel drive, front
well drive or all wheel drive

Speaking of Forward Control's........
Are there any Land Rover 101 FC's around, haven't seen one for years.
Are they still made for the British Army?
Just wondering.
Thanks
Bruce
