Hi all,
I need some advice on the mounting of an air compressor (Blue Tongue).
I have a Nissan Pathfinder R51 which has very limited space under the hood, I had to mount the Dual Battery in the back of the truck, so space is at a premium.
I would appreciate any
views as to where I can mount the air compressor, the back is pretty
well taken up with a set of drawers and a fridge slide, so my options are limited.
I am not a big fan of things mounted underneath vehicles but I may not have any choice.
Regards
Barry H

Hi Barry
If you do not have any room under the bonnet and have a set of drawers in the back of your vehicle, what about
the gap between the wheel arch and the side if the drawers? If you have a lift up panel, you would access to the compressor when needed, yet inside the vehicle and out of harms way.
Just a thought.
Cheers
Stephen

If you
check out www.pcoa.org.au (pathfinder's club of Au) there's heaps of info available on their
forum. Lack of space under the bonnet means quite a few mount theirs under the driver's
seat.
