Hi Guys,
I am trying to find some short ratcheting tie downs to secure Gerry cans to the roof rack. In the past I have used Cams locking straps, but would prefer to ratchets if I can find some. Anyone got any ideas.
Regards
Richard

Richard,
Have a look at
the ones from Just Straps they are from 1.8m in length. Should suit your application :)
Cheers Kev

Bunnings dude, Bunnings.
Find the shortest one/s available, cut them to size, seal the ends to stop fraying and all is good.

Hi Richard. I bought short stainless ones from a boat place out Parramatta way about four years ago. Sorry, can,t remember their name but from memory they may have been $60 each (or $60 for two) can only remember the $60 part. Cheers, Bob

Any truck parts supplier - or Bunnings, as suggested by someone else.

Could always just tie off excess. A week after I cut
mine down, I went a bought another set as needed longer straps, for something I never thought I would have needed to.

Try some of the crazy clarkes, fdb's, $2
shop etc, they had some for around $7 which would do the job. Not top quality but good enough for light loads and especially if you cut them shorter.
