After a few days camped at Walhalla over Easter the rains turned the area into a quagmire. Sunday my brother decided it was time to get out before it was too late but sadly it already was. With the help of some intrepid 4wd enthusiasts he was able to move forward with his power and the help of a winch. Many thanks to the boys that helped and the BLOODY NISSAN owner. Oh the shame. LOL.

Big storm clouds said it was time to be a beggar, not a chooser. LOL. Bucketed down an hour later so he was very thankful.

Did he use a snatch block, because if he did it would have made it easier. Maybe he didn't have enough cable?

Nobody does it better than I

Parked opposite Armidale Council Works Depot on a flat piece of dirt ground at night, yep, time for some shuteye, woke next morning and the floor was near level to ground, hmmmmm, at least not to far to fall out of cab.

Cost, 1 slab of VB, pulled out by council grader, every set of wheels just chokas full of mud, pretty easy to follow me that day, took best part of one hour to clear mud from inside tyres.

When I looked back towards Armidale, lol lol, there was two sets of muddy tracks all the way back, as far as the eye could see, lol lol

Nope never parked there again.

Name says it all, good thing u put a comma between words, lol

At least you had a dry bed and your own clean toilet and shower I guess. I bet that was worth being towed by a Nissan. We had a wet and muddy weekend and I too had to be towed by a Nissan, bugger.

Did you try the maxtrax ?

They are supposed to be good in on slippery surfaces.
