I attended a funeral yesterday so took theday off. After the funeral dropped into Aldi to do some shopping, when Sal spotted an exploreoz sticker on a silver paj. Did our shopping and spotted a bloke inside that seemed familar. Anyway we are loading our shopping into the 4wd when I notice the other couple doing the same, and its the same chap.
Wander over and introduce myself , and when I said I was Madfisher it spiked his interest.
It turned out they where from Wellington and we had done some kids fishing clinics together with Frank Prokop, and also attended some meetings together.
Its a small world, good to meet you again Gordon.
Cheers Pete

What a great story! And to think it came about because of one of our stickers. Just to let everyone know that stickers are FREE. If you want one, go to the Shop and "purchase" the FREE sticker through the shopping cart system. You'll notice that the description says you'll get one free with every order you place, that's true too but I can confirm that you can order just the sticker and pay nothing if you only want that. You can also adjust the Qty to get more than 1 sticker if you wish.

Are the wheel covers free too? :P Just kidding.

Just got 5 stickers, I have 2 vehicles to put 2 on, and a couple mates who would like them, just got them signed up the other day.

Spotted an 80 series with the sticker the other day, going south on the M1 past Yatala, Queensland, reminded me to get my own!

Gold Coast - represent!

I am travelling around at the moment, and have some EO stickers on my LC and on my CT as well.
Yesterday, after going and paying a bill at the local mechanics workshop, when I came back to the car, EO member Ups and Downs had spotted my sticker on the CT and wondered who I was and had stopped to say G'day.

Nice to meet you Paul, hopefully we can catch up again somewhere.

Dave & Nora,

I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation talking about current and past 'names' of EO and other topics. Without the EO stickers I would still have seen your setup but wouldn't have stopped.

Good luck with Silverton, and happy travels.

Paul

We have the wheel cover on the back of the camper. There has been many times we hear people saying" Exploroz people" or 'they are exploring Australia"
