Howdy Michael
you had me worried there for a bit - I had to double
check what website I was on coz I do more often think about cleavage than 4wd's ! Both are a good thing !
Happy travelling

Now I know what to trade my Lux in on the next time I find a bush track blocked by a
chimney.

Their maximum towing capacity is 2800kgs, I thought it would be a bit more than that.

If my eyes weren't playing tricks, the
chimney wasn't bolted to the ground so a couple of 100 kilos blocks could have pulled it over if the wind was in the right direction.

Hi nick, gee I like coming
home from the pub Friday nights and seeing threads like this, first up I have
test driven an Amorak and they are some what better than the Land Rover you have in your profile and a few of later years ( I drove many in my 9 years in the Army). The Mitsubishi's not bad but, the LCs very good but the price difference no competition. So the only one that comes close is your old VW beach buggy. Nearly forgot they have good servicing prices for the first 60Ks to. Maybe a
test drive might want you to go buy another VW hahahahahaha

Not rubbishing them but they carefully neglect to say that the Toureg that
towed the Jumbo had special rear
suspension and over 6000kg of scrap metal
in the back so it had enough traction to pull the plane.
It appeared looking at the
chimney that all but a small part at the back wasnt attached and that just snapped when they pulled it.
