Hi again all
I have a terrible whine in 60 box, it is a H55F.
i have had mates get rebuilds that have been very costly and not so good iether, so i thought i would check out new price, but they shown as NOT available!
Are the 2 75 series model gearboxes interchangeble with the 60?
The HZJ75 box is still available apparently.
Regards
GN

If you are talking second hand HJ75 i would say would be interchangeable , their maybe small differences . look around for one with low ks !!!!
but not HZJ, I think they are a alloy box !!!!!

Mine is a 1997 HZJ75.
Came with H55F gearbox, so interchangeable with your 60s.
Dont think you can separate T/C from gearbox whilst still in vehicle.
The whine you have (5th.gear mainly?) could be the two imput races at the front of the box.
Can replace without dismantling box, only removal from bell housing/clutch.
