No................. haven't been that way for a while
Here is the Qld Road report you didn't want
The Kennedy Developmental Road
Hughenden to the Lynd is open to all vehicles with care. (09/05/11)
So I guess your rig should be able to make it through if you drive to conditions

Hello everyone. My first post on Exploroz.
We travelled
Hughenden to The Lynd 3 weeks ago and the road was fine. 20cm water over the river crossings, road being graded at the time and scenery just wonderful. Enjoy!!!!

Hi Karen,
Welcome to the
forum.
Interesting reading about this road.
We found a scratch on a map back in 1999 which turned out to be the Kennedy Development Road.
We travelled north from
Longreach the day it opened in May 99 after it had been closed for weeks. Great scenery but slippery as an ice rink.
We camped in a stockpile site maybe 60km south of Lynd
Junction. After seeing nothing all day we had about 3 million cattle trucks come past after we had made
camp.

Hi Jack, we came through there about a week ago, no problems. You will be fine with your Car/camper. Cheers, Kanga.

Did it at
Easter ,
Home [
Muttaburra] to
Hughenden up the Lynd then Innot Hot Springs then to
Port Douglas and return , no problems , has been no rain of any significance since so dirt has not been chewed up as such.
