Tjukayirla Roadhouse web site currently lists Diesel at $2.45 per litre

Was on the GCR 10 days ago .
Laverton - $1.55
Tjukayirla - $2.45
Warburton - $2.10
Warakurna - $2.10
Uluru resort (Shell) $1.94
Hope that is what you where after.

Ring and ask a day or so before you go, and check when the next truck will be in. That way you won't get a shock if it jumps in the meantime.

Incidentally, has anybody else found that Nullarbor roadhouse is way dearer than any one else on the Nullarbor, despite being closest to Adelaide?

that's the best advice, because it does change. and I know at least one of those quoted above is very different now, but i won't go into it, as i don't want to influence any purchase decisions.
I will say though, that the prices would have changed right about the time Col from WA was through, and we all did get a truck around that time.
Please keep in mind too, that we here don't have a community attached to us to support us, we are on our own here.
I'll leave it there for now..
