HI all

Any recommendations on who to deal with for a Solar Power kit for my Camper Trailer. I have been looking into this and the more people I speak to the more I get confused. Would appreciate feedback on a reliable, honest and knowledgeable dealer for Solar Power Kit for my Coromal off road Camper trailer and our last minute trip up north this July.

Thanks in advance

Ash

Malz sell solar panel kits...don't know of the quality of knowledge you'd get from them though. Do you need someone to fit it as well?

Hi WA

I picked up my solar panel and wiring from Jaycar when they had a special deal on last year - they are fairly knowledgeable and have a few outlets around town.

I swapped their regulator for one from the 12 volt shop in Welshpool - another location that provides a bit of knowledge with the product.

WA1968,

The 12volt shop in Welshpool is hard to beat.

They know their stuff and the panels are top quality, they are a little expensive, but I guess if you want good service and reliable products that comes at a cost.

No association just a happy customer.

Challenge Batteries in Osborne Park are very helpful and knowledgeable. They actually know about solar setups not just say they know as most I have dealt with.

Try http://www.solarsteve1950.com/index.html

I have no personal experience but feedback on other forums has been nothing but highly complementary. He also now has a distributor in WA.

Hi Ash Have just read your post: ring this number and ask for Barry Edwards 08 9336 2414/ 0412 880 506. He will explain solar workings to you very clearly and advise you of the best set up for your rig.
