Nice Photo. So what's the story behind it Geoff. When did you take it and what were the circumstances etc? Fill us in.

Cheers Mick

Hia Mick.... we arrived there last week...as showers happening... could't fit all the rainbow in so.. took left hand section then right hand one... then snapped the center... cannot recall seeing that result through the viewfinder at all...total surprise...
As with all our shots during our year here... we talk and agree we've seen the best...ie; Great ocean Road....I reckon those were surpassed by the Flinders Range etc then tomorrow there'l be another one to surprise us... so it goes on.
You all live in a truly spectacular country... Truly amazing... all of it. We're soo lucky to be seeing it.

We spent several days at the Rocks, finding a selection of Opal...one large enough to have mounted as a pendant for the wife..we well happy!

Fantastic photo Geoff, you should get it enlarged and framed.

Looks like your profile photo was taken in the UK, where are you, lived over there for many years myself. Looks like you've given the hedge out the front a decent hair cut!!!
