Hi Ozhumvee,
BFG made in USA, owned by Michelin
Like most Michelin products they are kept in short supply on purpose. !!

We can't get Goodyear kevlar MT's at work either and are now using Toyo's

They tried BFG mudders but they didn't cut it, to many punctures.

Have a good one,
RA.

Back twelve months ago we couldn't get our usual BFG All Terrains, so got Muddies. Happy with them anyway.

Minimum 3 months away with only 29 tyres been allocated in the first delivery, more on the second shipment, 92 on back order, work that one out ?? Apparently we only get 2% of the bf tyres, this was told to me by Bob Jane Penrith two weeks ago when I enquired about some muddies, they want me to put a deposit down to put me on the list, while bfs are a great tyre Im not convinced now they are worth $360 each, another stockist wanted $390 here in Penrith but no one has any in stock so I suppose they can ask what they like if the demand is there.............

yes they are fairly hard to get at the moment. i know of one tyre retailer here in Brisbane who has given up on their Australian supplier, and sourced someone in America to load a container for them and send it over, that's how frustrated they are at the moment.

Yes! there also has been a shortage on BFG A/T in Melbourne since early April. After many phone calls to numerous tyre dealers I managed to obtain a set outside the metropolitan area. TIP! look for small tyre dealers that sell BFG outside suburban areas and be prepared to travel and you will find them.
