A good drive but would advise you not to take the caravan on the
Wirrulla to
Kingoonya road.Usually VERY rough on northern end. Most caravanners say never again!

Doesn;t usually rain there in Oct,but over 10 mls may be a concern.
Check at the
Wirrulla Store.

Hi Stevo.
A month ago I did
Coober Pedy to
Ceduna on the
Googs Track. It is discribed as a mini
Simpson Desert. The sandy track part goes for about 180 kms and goes over many sandhills.I did it over 3 days and camped at Finke Mt and Googs Lake.It is a remote trip so you need to be set up properly and I did see a few other travellers but overall it wasn't a had trip.
Regards Peter
