Has anyone had any experiences with Oz Tec shock absorbers?
I'm about to replace the factory ones on my BT50, std
suspension. Do a lot of towing with the horses, but not much off road (other than paddocks....)
Unfortunately, current budget doesn't extend to adjustable shocks.
cheers

We went for Bilstein. If they were good enough for my sons rally cars then they can surely handle a 4WD trip. And they certanly do that in our 100 series.

Hi Russell,
I have Oztec shocks on my Patrol. I put them on last year before heading out to
Birdsville, Lake Eyre,
Innamincka,
Longreach,
Hughenden and
home to Bris. Did about 7000km, over half of which was on dirt/gravel and some pretty ordinary tracks in between, all towing an off road camper trailer. I have had no problems and they provide me with a good ride for how I have set the car up.
Ialso have a mate whose son has them on his Patrol, he does more extreme stuff than me and the shocks have performed
well so far.
Happy with them.
Cheers
Ev
