Kalumburu Rd Information

Thanks for the information - we were hoping to get to Kalumburu in July but that looks like it's not going to happen.

They ring us direct with Road Conditions updates - the track report was updated yesterday saying Kalumbaru Rd to Gibb River Station open now that grader has done their access road. But still a lot of grader work to be done north and Mitchelle Falls closed too so until that's done the shire will not send out their inspectors to assess reopening it but Anne's daughter Jo says she is estimating it will be open in 4 weeks. Not, August as some reports have said. We had the report updated before the shire had even released theirs - thanks to local input!!
