Its only driven around the premises for cleaning
toilets and rooms - probably doesn't get out of second gear.
One other bonus is its fully air conditioned.

we used to get the old cruisers and strip all the roof, doors seats ect out of it and fit marine ply panels, floors, ali trays and plastic seats, we would coat all of the body/chassis in a heavy oil and use them for beach boat pullers and
farm runarounds ......
we would also disconnect all bar the front rh brake gear and run 1 brake only, they would quickly rust up in the salt so would be quicker to fix just one brake...

A bit like the cut down 4wds used on i think it was
