At
El Questro on Wednesday and Sunland Patriot with
suspension fallen out. Did not want to be to nosey as the guy was seriously distressed at his new pride and joy falling apart. Engineering looked like it could do with improvement. Sunland Patriot was going on a trip on a flat top.
The heaps of vans we have seen with problems on this trip does not show the industry up in good light.

not so much the industry...but the nuff.nuffs who think them and their new toys are invincable...driving in some remote areas does require a little bit of skill !!

Sunland Patriot
There are different models of it. The question is - was it a black top touring model or the full blown off road one?

Never let the truth get in the way of a good story.

"A Sunland Patriot in WA had an incident with a shocker mount breaking away this was caused by a single poor weld. The only damage was the two shockers, the van has been towed to a repairer and the repairs were effected so the owner could continue his journey. there has been speculation that the owner had "over done it" The owner was in no way at fault. I do hope this will end some of the BS thats been posted"
End of Story,

The full trailing arm coming
home lashed on the A frame is not 2 shocker mounts. The shocker mounts were still attached to the chassis. The shockers were torn apart due to the trailing arm falling away from the failed welds and could be said lack of welds and design. The guy limped
home 10km on 1 wheel. Shame the manufacturer has to resort to telling lies.
An RVMAA member not telling the truth and trying to make a cover up the facts. Unbelievable isn't it ROFLOL

geezer dave, are you saying that 3 wheels were not in use?
That's a statement that requires substantiation.
And you should come forward and admit your true identity.
