Winton to The Isa Roads

Gday...
Heading northward with my black-top van and 4x4.
I was thinking of taking the Kennedy Development Road from
Winton to
Boulia and then onto to The Isa on the Diamantina Deveopment Road.
My map shows this as a sealed road all the way and I assume it is only a 'one-lane' sealed road.
Has anyone got current knowledge of the road/s and their condition?

Some single some double 2 weeks ago it was in reasonable condition its a nice run

You will have to pull over onto the verge for road trains. Bitumen was narrow - one lane - but good surface last year
