Can anyone recommend a person/company in Brisbane who can carry out a pre-purchase inspection on a 23' van for me.
Cheers

Talk to Lisa at Kedron caravans. She has the name of a mobile guy that does inspections for roadworthy. Covers both north and south of the river. About $90 for a road worthy.

Probably a roadworthy person wouldnt be much good for a prepurchase.

When I got a roadworthy he pulled two wheels off, Checked the bearings and brakes and the connections to the car and tried the brakes.

Got a gas cert which was more thorough.
Neither would have known stuff all about whether the construction of the van was good bad or ortherwise.
A repair person is who they want as he knows what he is looking at.

My roadworthy in Caboolture was $60 Seller should pay anyway.

I use a place in Lawnton called All In One Caravan service and repair. They have done the first service on my new caravan and are presently doing a pre warranty ending check for me. The business is owned by two brothers and was recommended to me by Brisbane RV at Burpengary. I have found them very good. Their phone number is 38899221.

Regards

Mick
