I have found CIL to be very good when it comes to a claim.

I have had the unfortunate circumstances to have had two hail claims within two years.

That comes down to just bad luck as to being in the wrong place and the wrong time.

I've just initiated a claim. Quote's been submitted.

It won't be completed until the repairs are carried out.

I had to make a claim around 12 months ago regarding a damaged roll out awning on the caravan, all I needed to do was send the Coromal dealership in Perth, a couple of images via the internet so they could match the colour and style of the pattern on the awning ~ all done with absolutely no fuss or hassles on CIL's part.
