Eotrackme probs

I'm new to this so could do with a little help. New to ipad as well. I get error message saying my device is registered to a different user so no update

Hi AMO's, is that error message coming from the uTrackMe program (the software on the Ipad)? If so their customer support may be able to help you out with any error meassages appearing (i've sent you some additional info in response to the email you sent me today).
