Have just put a 12v sealed battery in a battery box under
seat in a jayco outback and there is a gap of about 7cm at one end has anyone packed it out with foam rubber to stop the battery from sliding around, thought i might drop in a couple of old tennis balls to do the job has anyone bothered to do this.
thanks Bill j

G,day Bill, balls are a good idea, I always put packing 'round the batteries plus a bit of dense sponge underneath to help absorb vibes from corrugated tracks, make sure you tie the batts down
well.

Remember the extra weight of the battery must be included in your personal weight allowance. i.e. the difference between the vans Tare & ATM.
